At dio_analytica, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with the AI sales rep subscription service, please reach out within 14 days of your purchase or onboarding.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for subscription fees if:
The AI sales rep was not delivered as promised.
There were significant technical issues we were unable to resolve.
You cancel within the initial 14-day period.
How to Request a Refund:

dio_analytica’s AI sales rep is a cloud-based SaaS product, and it is intended for lawful use by e-commerce businesses globally, with exceptions where export restrictions apply.
You may not use our services in violation of U.S. or international export laws, including but not limited to sanctioned countries or entities.
dio_analytica reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts found in violation of applicable laws or misusing the AI sales rep.
