At dio_analytica, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with the AI sales rep subscription service, please reach out within 14 days of your purchase or onboarding.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for subscription fees if:

    • The AI sales rep was not delivered as promised.

    • There were significant technical issues we were unable to resolve.

    • You cancel within the initial 14-day period.

  • How to Request a Refund:
    Email us at christian@trydioanalytica.com with your company name, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

  • Disputes:
    If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We’re committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.

Cancellation Policy

Our services operate on a month-to-month subscription model (unless otherwise agreed). You may cancel anytime.

  • Cancel Anytime:
    You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at christian@trydioanalytica.com.

  • Billing Cycle:
    Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • No Partial Refunds:
    We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time during a billing cycle.

  • Free Demo Policy:
    Free AI sales rep demos do not require cancellation unless you proceed to a paid plan.

dio_analytica’s AI sales rep is a cloud-based SaaS product, and it is intended for lawful use by e-commerce businesses globally, with exceptions where export restrictions apply.

  • You may not use our services in violation of U.S. or international export laws, including but not limited to sanctioned countries or entities.

  • dio_analytica reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts found in violation of applicable laws or misusing the AI sales rep.
